Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
ALICHE currently ships within the United States only.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of ALICHE’s control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers with an ALICHE account may also track orders directly through their account dashboard.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALICHE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

unworn and unaltered

in original condition

returned with all original tags attached

free of stains, odors, damage, or visible wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid domestic return label.
Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving return authorization instructions.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after your return has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within the 14-day return window, subject to product availability.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the same 14-day return policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Eligible items must be returned in original unworn condition with all tags attached.
Please note that estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are subject to change.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
